Peter Buxton

I found great interest in electronics as a teenager in the 1960s, doing experiments with old radios and TVs. As a career, I worked mostly as a technician in electronics manufacturing companies. My major hobby interests in sequence of origin and still going are: building circuits for analog music synthesisers; programming assembly language for microprocessors; Slackware Linux (since 1998) working with the command line; dabbling in programming languages for a few microcontrollers. In 2019 was inspired to get my amateur radio licence K7PEB after a friend gave me some of his old transceivers.
